Girl Guides is an international educational youth movement.
It is open to all girls without distinction of creed, race, nationality or any other circumstance.

Please note the updated roster for the cookie sales this Friday, 5th December 08 and Saturday, 6th December 08.
You are NOT required to report to Guide House. Please report straight at Far East Plaza.
Third shift guides would also be dismissed from sales venue. You need NOT return to Guide House as earlier instructed.

Attire: Full Guides Uniform with plaits, white shoes and socks
Please bring sufficient drinking water and cash for your meals and a change of clothes should you have personal plans after your duty slot. Do note that you are NOT to enter shops in uniform or while on duty. Please also bring a form of identification (EZlink or ID) when you report for duty.
As you have signed up for your individual slots, we appreciate that you turn up at the sales venue as expected and call us once you’ve arrived.
Things to do
- Report attendance and fill in the Collector’s Cert of Authority upon arrival
- For first shift guides:
- Set up sales booth, lay tablecloth neatly and place cookie cartons under the table
- Count stock and check handover stock sheet
- Place necessary amount of cookie tins on the table
- Use knife provided to cut cookies into bite-sized samples * ration 1 tin of each flavour per day as sample tins. DO NOT THROW empty sample tins
4. Record the number of tins sold after each transaction
5. Inform guider should your customer require receipts
6. Issue cookie tins in plastic bags provided
7. For third shift guides:
a. Pack up at 7.15 pm.
b. Count stock for the next day’s group
c. Ensure that all administrative items are kept in one box
